Problem-In poor black and brown neighborhoods gangs, drug dealers and trespassers come into buildings to conduct activities and destroying properties. Tenants should feel comfortable coming into their home and not be assaulted. Because there is a lack of security cameras in the building and staircase these issues continue to happen everyday. NYPD should be on patrol in the evening time in crime infested neighborhoods.
